Shawn McAdams is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in banking and entrepreneurship, currently serving as the Managing Partner of Ranch Hand Construction Co. His career began in the financial sector, where he honed his skills at prominent institutions including Wells Fargo, JP Morgan Chase, and BBVA Compass. Starting as a bank teller in 1999 while attending college, Shawn quickly advanced through the ranks, becoming a Retail Banker and subsequently a Business Relationship Manager within a year.
In 2002, Shawn took on the role of Licensed Financial Advisor at Wells Fargo, showcasing his expertise in financial services. His dedication and leadership led to his promotion to Assistant Vice President Bank Manager just two years later. His career continued to flourish as he became the Vice President Branch Retail Executive for BBVA Compass, where he further developed his business acumen and management skills.
In 2010, Shawn transitioned into entrepreneurship, founding a successful transportation company in Austin, Texas. His leadership in this venture has been marked by his commitment to excellence, and he currently holds the position of President of the Austin Limousine Association and is an active member of both the Austin Hotel Concierge Association and the National Limousine Association.
Shawn’s personal life is intertwined with his professional journey. In 2008, he married Andrea Rodriguez, whose late father, Daniel Rodriguez, founded Ranch Hand Construction Co. Together with Andrea and their dedicated team, Shawn has taken on the responsibility of continuing the legacy of Ranch Hand, a company that has been building and repairing homes and commercial properties in Austin since 1990. Under his leadership, Ranch Hand prides itself on delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional service, ensuring that every project meets the needs and expectations of its clients.
